• Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents according to facility policies.
• Provide treatment to help residents regain or maintain maximum function.
• Develop restorative nursing programs to improve residents' daily living activities.
• Maintain timely resident reports and progress notes for regulatory bodies and payers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences.
