Beloit Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the NorthPointe team. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment goals, and coordinating care within the therapy team. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, CPR certification, and a valid Illinois license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position includes a 1st shift schedule of 40 hours per week and may provide eligible benefits.

Qualificações

• Possesses the training, knowledge, and skills necessary for patient care.
• Ability to communicate effectively in groups and one-on-one.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 55lbs and push/pull up to 200lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients and develops goals and treatment plans.
• Documents patient data and department statistics.
• Supervises and directs assistant occupational therapy personnel.
