Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a License as an Occupational Therapist in the state.

• CPR certification may be required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide guidance to staff.
