Qualifications

Responsibilities
Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
Supervise OT Assistants in resident care and related activities.
Communicate progress and discharge plans with physicians, nursing staff, families.
Contribute to care conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
Complete timely, compliant documentation per facility and payer requirements.
