Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct occupational therapy services under physician orders.
• Initiate referrals and conduct screenings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals.
• Document results and communicate findings to patients and team.
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs, students and volunteers as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and community reintegration.
• Maintain safety, infection control and compliance with standards.

Education
