Premier at Perry Village, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in New Bloomfield, PA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a meaningful impact through hands‑on, patient-centered care.
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance independence, safety, and daily functioning
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support continued progress
Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Pennsylvania
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care
