Job summary

Delmar Gardens North in Florissant, Missouri, is seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Missouri.
• Must have excellent communication, computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate residents' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents.
• Evaluate residents' progress and prepare reports that detail progress.
• Consult/collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to select activity programs or coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(s).
• Ensure evaluations and progress notes are done in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
