Job summary
Clover Health Services in Petaluma, California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive assessments and rehab planning for clients returning to work. The role requires an MOT/OTD from an ACOTE-accredited program, state licensure as OTR/L, and CPR/BLS certification. The position runs 13 weeks with a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift, starting July 8, 2026.

Qualifications
- OTR/L licensure required and ACCOTE-accredited MOT/OTD degree.
- CPR/BLS certification and licensure by state.
- Agreement to standards and regulations for occupational therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical and psychological assessments.
- Assess home and work environments.
- Advise on adaptive equipment.
- Develop physical rehabilitation programs.
- Prepare clients for return to work.
- Educate caregivers and family members.
