Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT-registered OT (OTR) required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• State licensure (OTR/L) required.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Level II Fieldwork (minimum 6 months).
• NBCOT exam passed.

Responsibilities
