Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy is required.
• OT license for the work state is required.
• Current BLS/CPR is preferred and must be obtained within 3 months.
• ACOTE-accredited program knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diverse patient types to identify dysfunction and guide treatment.
• Perform initial evaluations and establish treatment plans from evaluation.
• Review medical records and coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Document patient progress and discharge summaries accurately.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation plans and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
