Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, determines OT diagnoses, develops plan of care, and performs occupational therapy procedures to aid in restoring function.
• Evaluates and documents progress for evaluation, billing and reporting purposes.
• Advises on adaptive equipment to help patients with daily activities.
• Builds collaborative relationships with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care needs.
• Participates in training and support of team members, volunteers and students.
• Follows and updates the treatment plan to maximize therapeutic benefit and meet discharge criteria.
