Qualifications

• Current state of West Virginia license or Temporary license, current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician.
• Assist patients to reach maximum function and independence.
• Coordinate and supervise staff and rehab techs; participate in CQI and infection control.
