Qualifications

• License/Registration/Certification Current Florida State OT License.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes patient assessment to determine needed treatment and goals.
• Updates patient progress and goals with documentation.
• Educates patients in use of assistive devices and equipment; ensures proper fitting and measurement.
• Performs ADL/IADL training to promote independence.
• Provides in-service training to staff and participates in clinical education programs.
• Escalates issues appropriately and maintains communication with management.
