Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical work experience; CEHs per year in specialty area.
• Currently licensed in Florida and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes patient assessment to determine required treatment and documents findings.
• Develops treatment plans with short- and long-term goals and updates progress accordingly.
• Documents charges and progress in the patient chart per policy.
• Completes outcome measures for admission, goal setting and discharge.
• Educates patients and families on devices and home programs.
• Provides in-service training and supports less experienced staff.
