• Initiates and completes patient assessments and documents according to departmental guidelines.
• Performs thorough assessment of functional conditions to set short- and long-term goals.
• Documents charges with initial evaluation and daily treatment.
• Completes Outcome Measure scores for admission, goals, and discharge.
• Educates patients in use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Provides in-service training and supports other therapists.
