Qualifications

• Current and valid OT license to practice in the United States.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings with geriatric and neurological populations.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques related to physical therapy, sensory integration, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation goals.
• Provide interventions including sensory integration and adaptive strategies to improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family to coordinate care.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and exercises for ongoing recovery.
• Stay current with advances and integrate evidence-based approaches into care.
