Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessments, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. You will ensure care aligns with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Position emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, patient and family education, and ongoing documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Must have OT licensure or registration in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
