Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive OT services within an interdisciplinary team, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities include implementing therapies, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and adapting plans as needed. Travel is required, and the role supports residents’ daily living activities in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT required.
• Ongoing licensure/registration as an OT in the state.
• Ability to design and adjust treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
