Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan and implement treatments to improve patients' functional abilities and daily living skills, collaborating with a skilled team.

Education requirements include a Master's in Occupational Therapy with 0–1 years of experience and a current OT license. Travel is required occasionally, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• 0-1 years of OT experience.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Travel as needed (typically less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
