Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Salina Regional Health Center ARU in Salina, KS. This full-time Days shift offers a $20,000 signing bonus and a self-scheduling 8-hour shifts between 9am and 6pm.

You will develop treatment plans, communicate progress to the team, document care, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. Ideal candidates have an OT degree, an active license in Kansas, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Accepting new Grads.

Responsabilités

• Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients regain function through exercise and use of prosthetic/orthotic devices.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
