Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Salina Regional Health Center ARU is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Salina, Kansas. This full-time, dayshift role features self-scheduling hours between 9am and 6pm and a generous signing bonus of $20,000.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with nursing staff and families to ensure continuity of care. A supportive, fast-paced rehab environment awaits with opportunities for growth and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s condition and develop a treatment plan.
• Instruct nursing staff and patient families on follow-through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team members.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in a safe, clean condition.
