• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Master/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Licensed to practice OT in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise COTA and support staff.
• Instruct families/caregivers for discharge planning.
• Record and maintain therapy documentation.
