Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses in Sheridan, Oregon seeks an occupational therapist to provide skilled OT services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living activities.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document services accurately, supervise staff as needed by state practice acts, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
