HCA Healthcare, Inc. is recruiting for an Occupational Therapist Rehab at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.

You will evaluate patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy aimed at restoring independence and quality of life. In this role, you will monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe transitions of care and

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered credential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient’s functional abilities and needs with care team coordination.
• Developing individualized therapy plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure quality outcomes.
• Educating patients and families to support understanding and engagement.
• Leading by example and mentoring therapy assistants or students.

Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life after illness or injury.
