Job summary

CooperRiis Healing Community in Mill Spring, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the resident recovery team, delivering evidence-based clinical services and contributing to the Seven Domains Recovery Plan.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment, providing direct sessions with residents, creating OT curricula for groups, completing assessments, and training staff alongside the Recovery Coordinator and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current NC license.
• At least 2 years of experience providing Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with adults who are coping with mental health challenges.
