Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan and deliver rehabilitation to maximize independence in ADLs, IADLs, education, work and social participation. You will address cognitive and sensorimotor needs and adjust interventions to improve safety and function.
Minimum qualifications include current state OT licensure and BLS certification; inpatient rehab experience is preferred.
Independently evaluates, determines the treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate and rehabilitate acute or prolonged, skill or ability that has not yet is impaired in order to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Interventions and procedures to promote or enhance safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), education, work,play, leisure, and social participation.
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
