Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to independently evaluate and implement treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patients' daily functioning. The role focuses on addressing various dysfunctions, including psychosocial and cognitive challenges.
Minimum qualifications include current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification from an approved organization. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is desired. The compensation rate is competitive, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Position Summary: Independently evaluates, determines the treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate and rehabilitate acute or prolonged, skill or ability that has not yet is impaired in order to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Interventions and procedures to promote or enhance safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), education, work, play, leisure, and social participation.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
