Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatments within scope of practice established by law and professional ethics.
• Assess therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in developing the total plan of care.
• Provide purposeful and skilled interaction care and implement the physician's plan of care.
• Monitor and report patient reactions to treatment and changes in condition.
• Communicate payor requirements and treatment details to physician, patient and family.
