Confluent Health, LLC seeks an inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our hospital team in Valencia, CA. This part-time/PRN role focuses on true 1-on-1 patient care with a manageable caseload.

You will receive fully paid trainings through Evidence In Motion and access to mentorship, career development, and a 401(k) with a 4% match. California license or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Passion around serving others.
• AHA BLS required.
• California license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain license.

Overview

True 1 0n 1 Patient Care (avg 8 patients per shift) - 401K with a 4% Match, Paid CEU's

Are you gettting burned out seeing 16-24 patients a day? You will never see that here! Your daily caseload will average between 7-10 patients per day! True 1 on 1 care is what we pride ourselves in, ensuring you do not feel burnt out during your drive home after work.

We are a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center known for our highly respected cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, an acute rehab unit which helps individuals regain their independence, growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care services, highly attentive physical and occupational therapies, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.

We are seeking a inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our hospital team in Valencia, CA! This is a part-time/PRN position.You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. About

Compensation: $53 - $60 per hour with additional compensation opportunities for certification and location differentials.
