Vetted Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs aimed at restoring daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and range of motion.

You will collaborate with patients and families, document evaluations, coordinate discharges, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality patient experiences and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification.
• Effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and revise treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Conduct patient assessments, establish treatment goals, and develop realistic discharge plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information per departmental protocols.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication with team members.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote positive patient experiences, teamwork, and adherence to ethical practices.
