LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide skilled evaluation and treatment in an acute care setting. You will develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal discharge planning and outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delegating tasks as appropriate, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with department policies and standards.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy; Master’s Degree preferred.
• No supervision experience required.
