Job summary

Symbria is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Team on a PRN basis at StoryPoint-Bettendorf in Bettendorf, IA. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver goals-based care for older adults on weekdays.

As an employee-owner, you will participate in an ESOP-driven environment with competitive pay and opportunities to grow within our rehabilitation and well-being operations, while maintaining productivity standards and documenting care accurately.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Hold a valid state OT license (pending acceptable for new grads).
• Experience in acute/long-term care or rehabilitation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of OT Assistants.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes while partnering with the community you serve.

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at StoryPoint-Bettendorf in Bettendorf, IA! is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

• This is a PRN OT position to cover Weekdays***

Responsibilities

As a Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license. We welcome new grads!
• It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
