Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Los Angeles, CA, with PRN positions available. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.
