Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our teams develop integrated plans conducted in patients' homes and communities, emphasizing flexible therapy approaches and durable outcomes.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in OT with state licensure; a Master's is preferred, plus experience with neurologically related disorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.
