Cedar Ridge in Farmington, NM is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This flexible, as-needed role supports residents in regaining independence and improving quality of life.

You will evaluate residents, create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. This position offers flexibility and opportunities to grow clinically within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Current Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on independence and safety.
• Provide occupational-based interventions, including ADL training and cognitive support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
