Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our caring team. In this role, you will help residents regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance daily living skills to improve quality of life.

We’re looking for a licensed OT who brings energy, creativity, and strong teamwork to a supportive environment. You will educate residents and families, document progress, and adapt therapy plans to individual needs.

Job Summary:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress
