Belton Regional Medical Center in Missouri is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team and support patients regaining independence and quality of life after illness or injury. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and provide hands-on therapy in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Missouri Occupational Therapy License.
• BCLS within 30 days of hire.
• New graduates from accredited programs may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ functional abilities and developing therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and documenting outcomes thoroughly.
• Educating patients and families to build understanding and engagement in recovery.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe transitions of care and positive patient experiences.
• Leading by example and guiding therapy assistants or students in line with hospital mission.

Your role will include:

What qualifications you will need:
