Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in Georgia—Rome (PRN, 1st Shift). You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care according to the individualized OT plan, while adhering to policies and ensuring timely records.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams.
• If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgement.
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
