Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, plan, and implement therapy interventions for residents in our post-acute care settings in Georgia.

You will document care plans, complete timely records, and participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and family-centered care. Eligible candidates must hold an OT license in the state and be NBCOT-certified or eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice (GA).
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited program and eligible to take or has passed NBCOT.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
