Job summary

PruittHealth in Georgia is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents under an individualized occupational therapy care plan. You will document care with accuracy and timeliness, following all policies and procedures that govern the scope of practice.

In this on-site role you will participate in orientations and trainings, recognize clinical priorities, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice
• Graduate of ACOTE accredited program and eligible to take NBCOT exams

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per individualized OT care plan
• Complete all documentation timely and accurately
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment
• Complete required orientations, trainings, and in-services successfully and timely
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor
