Applicants must hold a California OT license or be license-eligible, complete clinical field work in an acute care hospital, and have BLS certification. LA City Fire Card within 6 months is required.
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering occupational therapy modalities and procedures as prescribed by a licensed physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Coordinates delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff, COTA, OTLA, and Occupational Therapy Aide.
