Adventist Health Tillamook is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring physical, social, and mental function. The OT will serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary patient care approach.

The role requires a Master’s degree in OT or DPT and state licensure, with CPR/BLS certification. Prior OT experience is preferred, and the position emphasizes collaboration across care teams in Tillamook, OR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy; required unless license issued before 2007 or foreign equivalent.
• Two years of OT experience preferred.

Job Summary

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Job Requirements

• Education and Work Experience:Master‘s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.
• Two years‘ occupational therapy experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
