Job summary

Holy Cross Health Fl is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist in Fort Lauderdale, FL to assess referred patients and plan treatment programs aimed at achieving identified goals.

The role requires coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure integrated treatment and maintaining ongoing communication with supervisors and peers. Florida OT licensure and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current National Occupational Therapy Certification/Registration and Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida is required.
• BLS from American Heart Association is required.

• Initiates communication with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordination of treatment efforts. Contacts family members and outside agents.
