You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care on site. The position requires a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
• Attend staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.
