Select Medical's Select Specialty Hospital-Springfield in Springfield, Missouri is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient post-ICU care team. You will lead patient therapy, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with OTAs and students to deliver attentive care.

This PRN role offers direct patient care in a high‑need setting with opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth within a large hospital network.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services
