Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. The position offers schedule flexibility and works within an established therapy program under Enhance Therapies.

Qualified candidates must hold OT licensure in the state of practice, NBCOT certification as applicable, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program

State licensure as an Occupational Therapist

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
