Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join an in-house management client in a per diem capacity at a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OT; state requirements apply.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You'll Do:
