Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - Per Diem in a SNF/long-term care setting. Must be a licensed OT to apply, with NBCOT certification and state licensure as applicable. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

We support clinicians with competitive pay, clinical education, and pathways for internal transfers within our Enhance Therapies family across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT-OTR certification may be required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You’ll Do:
