Job summary

Enhance Therapies, through Rehab Alliance, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will evaluate patients, create personalized plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure outcomes meet high standards.

The position offers strong mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth, with immigration support for H1B candidates and a pathway to internal transfers within the Enhance Therapies family.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
• NBCOT certification required by state (if applicable)
• Current OT license in the practicing state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• New grads welcome; mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Obtain and update all physician orders
