OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist)

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the OT - Occupational Therapist, is to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate residents by providing them with necessary therapeutic intervention. Maintains pertinent documentation, carries out necessary therapeutic intervention, and contributes to discharge planning.
